How can I order?
If you want to order, just go to the online shop. Add to your cart what you love. When you are done, head over to your cart and proceed to check out. Fill in the form, the payment method and press ‘order’.
Digital items will be available right after payment. They will be visible in your account and will be send to you via email in the order receipt.
When you ordered a finished item, take a look at the shipping days.
I get an payment error?
As I’m based in The Netherlands, sometimes credit cards from other countries can’t be used. You get an error saying your card can not be used. In this case:
- Try another payment method such as PayPal for a sample
- Call your credit card company if your card has some limitations abroad
- Hop over to my Etsy, where multiple payment methods are offered to complete your order.
How can I download digital items?
On my website, I offer multiple digital items. Some are for free, others you have to pay for. Every digital item will be sent after check out via mail and can be found in your account if you create one.
Free items also need to be purchased before you can download them. Nothing will be charged after checkout.
When do you ship?
As I work part-time, I can’t ship finished items every day. Below are the days that I normally ship.
- Mon: after 4 pm
- Fri: 9 am – 4 pm
- Sat: 10 am – 4 pm
During holidays (see top bar when I’m on vacation) your order will be shipped later. And when I have the time, I sometimes ship on other days.
